A great saint for our day...a normal, loving, God-intoxicated young man who gave his life in service of the poor (to the chagrin of his parents)...thanks for the reminder, Terry. We need these examples and intercession of the saints of our modern age to help us remember that God and His Church come first; love the poor is not contrary to this at all, but the result of an authentic love for Jesus and His Church.
