Why would a guy in Government resign his position just because he had an affair?



Huh?

It is 2012.  CIA Director David Petraeus had an affair and he resigns?  Really?  They all have affairs.  They all screw around.

C'mon!

Story here.

Conspiracy theorists are going crazy!  With good reason.

    I've always wondered about Americans who do that. It's perfectly possible for an adulterer to be really good at his job, you know. (This isn't a comment on Petraeus specifically, but on this revered American tradition.)
