Thanksgiving after Communion.

The man born blind answered, "I do believe Lord!"
-and he worshipped him.

If you desire to enter into the prayer of recollection, never neglect the quiet prayer of thanksgiving after Holy Communion.  Think of yourself as the woman at the well, or the blind man in today's Gospel.  Christ is right there, within you, and he says:  "You have seen him, and the one speaking with you is he." - John 9

Do not ignore him within you - do not leave him alone.
