God is preparing his people because it's coming. God will not continue to let the world go the way it is going. He will deliver his people from those who hate them. He will deliver the Church from the filth within it - including wicked leaders. He will purify the world through chastisements both spiritual and physical. My prayer has been telling me that this is coming for about a year now. Welcome to the Club!
No doubt you are correct, the probability something will happen is real, but I understood it as a correction for myself - to reform my life. This morning I awoke to 'put no strange gods before me.' On this feast day, of Christ the King. I need to overturn the idols in my life - the strange gods I've put before true devotion. It is so easy to think I'm fine.
God speaks to everyone I think. Most however are indifferent, preoccupied or just plain too lazy to hear. All the modern prophecies point to a coming tribulation. Personal revelations are much more specific to that individual. I recently moved no gave up cable. Found a slew of non cable digital stations I never received on cable. One has regular reruns of the TV show Touched by an Angel. Never saw many episodes when it aired so these are all new to me. I love it. Della Reese died last week. May she Rest In Peace. I read she was an ordained minister and that she founded her own Church.
